I downloaded the update but the application crashes after it opens or
I downloaded the update but the information is still not right.

Please do the following:

  • Delete the application from your device
  • Delete the application in iTunes
  • Reboot your device
  • Download the application again in iTunes or the App Store
  • FYI, you won’t be charged again
  • Resync or reopen the application

How do I send you an update?

Please click on the “Send a Correction” button on the bottom of the individual member’s page in your application. This will open a blank email where you can email us the update.

I forgot my Android or BlackBerry version’s username and password.

No problem. Please send us an email and we’ll get it out to you right away.

Why does my representative/senator look so attractive/ugly?

In almost all cases, the picture listed in Congress In Your Pocket is a scaled version of the official picture approved by the member’s office. We don’t play Photoshop with them.
